Not that I don't think it'll hold up, but theres really no way to test it, and like you said, I'm not willing to risk it for a few hundred bucks. Plus I don't think people would pay enough for them to make it worth me making more. If I sold them for $200ish per bar, I'd be ok with it, but people won't pay that. Everyone wants a lot for a little nowadays...not saying you'd be that person, just saying that most people don't have a clue how long it takes to custom make something like this. I've got probably 8-10 hours in this thing already. Figure I spend $75-100 on materials, that means I only make $100 on the bar. Considering I've probably got another 5 or so hours left to finish the thing up, that puts me at ~15 hours on the build. If you divide $100 by 15 hours, thats less than $7 an hour. Not worth it in my book.

I have a feeling this will be a one-off MBdesigns piece.
Re: Harness Bar Project - PICS! Thanks man. I completely agree, and honestly I've thought the same thing and for that reason, I'm probably not going to make anymore of them. Not that I don't think it'll hold up, but theres really no way to test it, and like you said, I'm not willing to risk it for a few hundred bucks.
