Is there a reason why you are buying such radical color bulbs? If it's for the higher kelvin rating for "more light output", the 6000k bulbs will have the highest output level with the best color rendering. If you're doing it for looks, I'm not quite sure why you'd be ordering 12000k fogs when you have 10000k headlights.

Thanks man. Yes I do have HIDs in my fogs, as far as i know there are no problems with heating or melting the housing.

JerZey I'm not totally sure what you're asking but just buy the 880 HID kit and it'll plug into your stock fog wiring.

Alright I will take your word for it. Tempted to get the 55w kit because I love the brightness, just do not want to melt the fog light housing...

I have the 55w DDM 880's sitting in a box ready to install. Weather looks to be nice this weekend so I was planning on installing them Sunday so shoot me a PM in a few weeks if you want a update on if they melted my lens :)

Alright 35w kit it is haha! Droptop your housings are going to melt bro. I have to replaced my housings because I got water damage on my driver side fog ugh! Moisture sucks.

Oh yeah droptop, does your ddmtuning 880 fog kit come with a harness or they plug in each separate fog light pig tail for power? My 55w kit from ddmtuning for my 01 Audi didn't need a harness that's why I am asking...

I know 12k's wont have the highest visibility. 6k's do. But i wanted these cuz i havent really seen it done and wanna see how it would turn out. I rarely go places outside the city so im always around street lights. So visibility isnt what im trying to get outta these fogs

I thought 4500 or so was actually the brightest but who cares. The fog light HIDs just plug right in, it's cake compared to the headlights.
