Has anyone seen this code before??

I'll try and keep this short and sweet,so you guys can stay awake :banana: My auto 98 is running like a pig,I finally got
a check engine light,it gave me a trouble code that said : P1132 "Lack of HO2S11 switches,sensor indicates rich".
You guys have any clue what the HELL that means,or saw it before? Im thinking O2 sensor maybe?If it is,shouldn't it tell me
which bank or up/downstream?

I think it means your 02 sensor is bad..Ive seen that code before.
