Having a hard time deciding...

This guy is going to for-sure by my car within the week for 8000. But I am kind of second guessing myself on whether or not I should sell it since I have ne so much to it, But I will still be walking away with more than I put in. Paid 4500 for the car. paint was around 800 rims But here are my options.

1- Keep my car, put a On3 Performance turbo kit on it, wait for motor to blow (if it does) then build it.

2- Sell my car. Buy beater. For around a 1000. Save up 15k for a down payment on a 05-09 Saleen.. I already would have the 8k from selling my car. And all the money I make goes into my pocket. Other than some bills I pay for living with my brother. (electric and water) Right now they are going for around 22k. Pay the payments establish my credit. (Still 19, but my mom will co-sign.) They're just soo sexy.

3- Sell my car, take the 8000. Buy a 95 5.0 for around 3k, and have 5k left to build the engine then On3 turbo kit.

What do you guys think. I wanted the 2011 so bad, but right now they're are no used ones and wont be for awhile.

i think you'll regret selling it but although it would be fun to start over. Pushrod's just have soo much torque, i love the torque of mine. Crap i have put almost 3grand into mine in the past 4 months and it has only been driven maybe 500 miles. I am considering selling my car and of course i just got Bassani mufflers and Tailpipes. I'll let mine go for 3G, i was going to ask 3500.

What do you guys think I could do with 5k? To make around 400rwhp. I love having my cobra but I know its a lot easier to work with the 5.0's. And not to mention the parts are dirt cheap, and there is a lot more room in the engine bay as well.

Dude 5k you could make a sick 331 with a V2 and possibly even have some left over. Jason has a V2SQ that has been rebuilt it is for a 302
