My headlights seem to have some sort of coating over the outside (i think it is anyway) of them and ive been trying to get it off. I purchased a bottle of headlight restoration solution at a local auto parts store and tried it. A little little better, but not good enough. They then recommend using a 2000 grit sand paper to rub it off, so i went to HD and the highest they had was 600, and they said 2000 is basically a sheet of paper. So i tried the 600 and it more or less just made my headlights a little cloudy and im afraid to scratch them. Any body else ever have a problem like this, or any input? thanks
