about a year ago i bought an hid headlight kit for my car and a couple of weeks ago my passenger side headlight went out. so it's set every since and i went out and started it tonight and my headlights came on so i went inside to get my car keys and when i got back outside my lights were off. i switched the ballast to see if it was the box or the wire and the the ballast for the driverside worked on the passenger side but not the passenger one on the driverside. so does anyone know what would be the problem or do i just need to buy a new ballast? and if so can i just buy one? also the site said that they had low and high beams but the high beams don't work would that be because of the buld or what?

sounds like its some wiring on the drivers side... If both of the ballasts work on one side (say the passenger side... then that rules out the ballasts)
