First of all, what heads are you going with?

You can buy a kit with all the gaskets etc from Summit for like ~$80-$100.

No you don't need new valve covers, you use the originals. You don't NEED a new set of rockers but it would improve your power.

which heads are you getting? are they for pedestal or stud mount rockers? youll have to get rockers if the heads are for stud mount, but if theyre pedestal mount then you can use the stock rockers but i would get roller rockers anyways. you dont need new pushrods unless you get the trickflow heads but its always good to be safe and get new ones anyways. valve covers are needed if you get roller rockers, well or you can cut the oil baffle out of the stock cover and run 1.6 roller rockers but have to get a higher cover if you get 1.7/1.72's. new head bolts, heads gaskets, intake gaskets, header gaskets are a must, new intake bolts if you think they need replaced, and i cant remember anything else right now

lol sorry im getting the dart iron eagle ones

For a stock engine?? These heads are geared more for a built 302/331/347.

Your going to have a cam to go with them, if you keep the stock cam those heads are going to be worthless, as well as an intake.

You might want to consider a different set of heads. AFR 165/185, TFS TW, Edelbrock Performer/Performer RPM.

You can get the AFR 165/185 or the Edelbrock Performer in Pedestal mount, which is your stock version.

Pedestal is going to be the easiest rocker to go with, the only downfall is the farthest I would go with a pedestal mount is around 450-500HP. If you plan on making any more power, I would look at a stud mount.

Personally I would do the AFR 165.

The Edelbrock Performer head is also a nice head.

The E Cam is a good cam with those heads, the stock cam is fine too. The stock cam is not a horrible cam by any means. The difference in a stock cam and an aftermarket is probably .2/10 - .3/10 in the 1/4 mile. Has the best drivability hands down.

I would do the heads and a set of 1.7 rockers and have fun. Do an intake manifold when money permits.

get some scorpion rockers, I have 1:6 rockers with a stud mounted girdle on my afr 165's. It works great together with with the E 303 cam on a 347 stroker. Hell, it passed smog in CA first try!
