Go for a new Alpine head unit. Right in the budget and you can cruise with some new cool tunes. I love my Alpine CDA-9855. It integrates easily with the Mach 460.

Keep the Alpine deck you have, it may be one of the last models NOT made in China...like all the new Alpine units.
Almost everything is made in China and i'm upset about it. I was ebay checking to see what my old Fosgate amps were selling for because they are just sitting in my garage and they are selling for what i paid for them 10 years ago because they were made in America and the new ones are Chinese made garbage so people are willing to pay more for used old stuff rather then get new Chinese junk.
I was looking for an in dash TV headunit but can't find one not made in China and no way i'm shelling out $1500 for an Alpine unit that was assembled for 42 cents in cheap labor.
