help needed on my 95 mustang gt

my car dies as soon im coming to a stop. As soon as i stop completely at the light or stop sign the idle surges a bit, then just falls all the way and the car shuts off. I dont have any idea what could it be. It never happened before until i did my H/c/I. The mods on the car are Gt40 heads, e303 cam, 94-95 upper intake. I need help guys this has really been getting to me

Sounds about right after an HCI swap. Have it tuned and you will be fine.

i put 24lb injectors, but it was still doing it with my stock 19's. Stock maf, and no guys, no tune yet.

You should be able to bump the idle stop screw so it won't die. As post above, the base idle reset should help.and get a tune asap

How do i remove that little ring hold me back from screwing the screw down

never mind, i thought you couldnt move the screw. where should i have it to idle at?

With the 24's youll need a tune you be running rich right now.. Do a base idle reset... Make sure you have no vac leaks... With the stock 19's you should of been able to make it idle just fine...

ya also sounds like you don't have the maf calibrated to those 24s. that would help too!
