Hi my name is Tony and I am new to the mustang scene. My wife loves mustangs, so i built her one. I started with a 95 V6 auto and put a 94 5.0 engine and 5 speed tranny. I need help on performance mods. So far I put msd cap and rotor, k&n cone filter, NGK spark plugs, deleted emissions and I have on order ford racing spark plug wires, stainless 2.5 cat back, UPR qaudrant and UPR short shifter.

This is what I have next on the list:
MSD 6al, MSD coil, Edelbrock Victor EFI intake, 75mm Throttle body. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also need help what cam, headers, maf, rockers to use.

Thank you.

Make sure you make a bushing/spacer for the quadrant, I ended up snapping 3 cables before switching quadrants only to find out after remove the cables were rubbing the UPR quad and snapping cables. Choose your cam first before choosing your intake.
What is the purpose of this car? what are the long term plans for said car?

N/A or power adder? 550 flywheel or rear wheel? either way 550 is at the limits of a stock block.

Well a blown 331/347 will get you there with a custom cam from Jay Allen/Ed Curtis.

The knowledge from both cam designers can help you pick the heads/intake/tb to reach your goals.

one thing I didnt see u mention was gears. These cars came with two options as far as I know. 2.73's and 3.08's..

If I ever get my car going again my next mod will be 4.10's but its automatic. Most people suggest 3.73.s for 5 speed

Best advice I can ever give you is start at the rear of the car and go forward.

Gears, Axles, Brakes, Trans, Engine.

Skip the MSD box and get a Mallory box. Mallory makes a much better product for the same price.
