Hood Pins??????

What are the best hood pins to buy that WILL NOT RUST!!!!????? Everyone that I have seen on cars, rust after alittle while. Please help.

I bought FRPP ones from Summit, I think. My buddy bought them from me. He had them on his for a while. They never even begin to rust. I'll ask him how long cause I have no idea!

They are good ones. They were on the car about 6 months with no rust.

i couldn't tell you what brand i have as they came on the car when i bought it. the plates rusted really bad but the rest of the kit is fine. i had a guy make me new ones out of stainless 1/8" plate.

The guys at the Ford dealership got the FRPP ones for me. No issues so far...

Anyone else using the Ford Racing hood pin kit? And is this the best one out there for not rusting?

Shelby hood pins are solid Billet Aluminum...can't rust...look great too

I'm going to buy the FRPP pins from summit soon. They are only 30 bucks too.

If they are stainless steel they shouldn't rust, and if they are billet aluminum they shouldn't rust. Chrome will rust, and then rust some more.

UPR FTL! They rusted in a month. Well the pins did. I went and got better ones from Hope Depot.
