Hey guys I am in the process of trying to find some headers. I realize the Kooks are probably the best possible option I could go with but how do the Hookers stand up against them? I was thinking about BBK's but I heard they are still made of mild steel instead of stainless, what are the hookers and how is the fitment? It looks like the hookers cost about 800 where as the kooks cost about 1000+ Its for a 97 cobra convertible btw.

Here are the ones I was looking at:

http://www.jet-hot.com/HTML/hookersc/hscmustang.html (fourth one from the bottom)

Thanks in advance.

FWIW, I know it's on my '05, and you are dealing with a whole different car, but I swear by my Kooks. Wouldn't have any other headers, and the fit/finish, and performance/sound is AMAZING. You definately cannot go wrong.
