how do I make it shine?

my car has light scratches all over it and the paint it pretty oxidized and I want to shine it up but have no idea where to start
hopefully some of you guys can help me out.

I will just say this, It would be cheaper for you to pay me to do it then pay a Polishing machine, polish, all the pads, ect.

That car is so bad...good thing is it would look worlds better with any kind of work done on it.

Just pay handz to do a quickie on it...Nothing major but it will be worth it.

I decided to try and do it myself, i figured it would be a good way for me to learn. I already got the car to shine by polishing and
waxing it by hand and this weekend I'll be picking up a rotary with some pads and other good to get out the swirl marks
