Can anyone tell me roughly how much boost I can run with:

Aviator 270lph pump
KB BAP
wiring upgrade
60lb injectors
stock heads/cams

?????

Every car is different...there is no definite answer to this question.

I had issues with my stock lines no matter how much pump and injector I had and this was around 400~rwhp that I started seeing issues.

Basically the only way to find your answer is to get it to a tuner on a dyno and push it until the fuel can't keep up with the demand.

I would think the pump/injector would be good for 600 rwhp or so through the auto though

As much as you want :p

Talk to a tuner, they'll know best. You have to figure out where on the balance of performance vs reliability you want to be.

I took this as how much boost can I run until I run out of fuel lol...

saw you had a built motor so I assume it will handle pretty much all the power the D1 will dish out? What shortblocks in it?

You can calculate the rpm of the blower and figure out how small of a pulley you can run without exceeding the max blower RPM.

As long as you're running decent fuel and the compression of the motor is lower for boost I would think you could run quite a but of boost without issue, 15-20 psi but like he said, talk to your tuner.

Yeah, it all has to do with fuel. Im going to run a 3.2 pulley which should put me around 14psi or so. You had problems around 400????? Damn that's a low power number to hit fuel line problems. I'd LOVE to be in the 500's, but with stock heads/cams I would need to boost up big time. Maybe the Lethal Performance fuel line upgrade is a good idea?

It has an MMR rotating assembly (MMR pistons, Manley H rods, ARP hardware, etc) good for 1000+. We've only got 91 here, Im running stck 9.5 compression, and it gets hot as balls here in the summer. I may boost it up and run meth.

You should have plenty of fuel...and yea idk why I had issues with my lines so low. I just was unlucky I guess.

With a set of blower Cams and that setup you should make 500+ but I don't see it on stock hci

The d1sc is good to 20psi, then you begin to see efficiency issues in some vehicles due to the blower RPM. If you really want to know what boost you will be making, give us a call @ procharger. Ask to talk to Mark Bristow, he will tell you what you will be making(boost wise) with the 3.20. Be ready with your blower serial number, and RPM range, hci set-up, etc.
