How much fuel pressure to increase with 100-150 pills of NOS?

Looking at buying a dry kit with 100-150 pills. I already know about backing off the timing some, but how much are you guys with these dry kits typically increasing with fuel pressure? I've got an adjustable regulator and fuel gauge already in preparation. I'm trying to avoid more expense with a dyno tune, so appealing to others experience and expertise. I'm half tempted to go back to what I know - carb and plate at the next rebuild. If I get this wrong it might be sooner than later :)

you don't necessarily have to raise your fuel pressure. Just ask your nitrous kit manufacturer what the jetting should be for your current fuel pressure OR what they reccomend your fuel pressure be. It isn't so much based on the fuel pressure as it is the fact that your fuel system has to be able flow enough to keep up with the demand of your power numbers desired.

i called edelbrock today and asked them about running their 150 shot and they recommended the fuel pressure be no less than 40 psi with a fuel pump no smaller than 190 lph

EVERY manufacturer's kit is different. Depends on whose plate/nozzle your using to determine jetting....

Reason I was seeking input in this fashion is likely I am going to buy a used nitrous kit like Zex or NX that may not come with instructions. I understand information may be obtained from the manufacturer, however real world experiences and adjustment information was what I was looking for from someone who has experience in making these kind of adjustments. Thanks for the over 40 psi info. What kind of spark plugs you guys running with 150 dry shot? I understand you have to go colder, but how much typically? Thanks again.

By the way, already have a 255 lph installed. I thought if your using any NOS you need to richen the fuel mixture inconjunction (increase fuel pressure) to stay safe?
