Wow, its been a while since I've been on here.
Anyway, the guy at Advance Auto told me I need 4 qts of 75w90 and an (optional) bottle of friction modifier. I picked up the modifier, but this seems like a lot to me. Can anyone confirm this?

Heard of this from others, almost like someone put a mini spool in. Guess Im lucky or just picky with a mic and dial indicator.

This stuff used to be oil from sperm whales until sometime in the 80's when the changed to synthetic/organic mix. The best was made by GM. Used to get my Chevy friends to pick it up for me so nobody would see one of my cars at the Chevy dealer.

Yeah, The Ford friction modifier is now the preferred. I've seen it included with kits for all makes and models.
