Was thinking about removing my rear ISO how hard are they to remove and how would i remove them
how to remove rear ISOS

get hte car up on stands, put jack under rear and jack it up some, undo lower shock bolts and let rear fully sag down by lowering jack. pop springs out and remove isos. upper just sets on spring, and the lower it just sets down around the spring holder on the LCA. pop the spring back in, jack the rear back up and put the lower shock bolts back in.

On mine I just cut them in half with tinsnips and yanked em out while the car was up on jacks. But.. they were kinda torn up anyways.

did it lower it any.and how much well it lower it i need just a little drop in the back

I couldn't really tell a difference, but mine were old and smashed down pretty bad. That, and I only took out the bottom ones.
depends if you have the urethane or factory rubber. when i took out mine it dropped the car probably an inch. but with my 315's i had some rubbing on harder bumps hitting the inner rear quarters, but i dont wanna roll my fenders for fear of paint cracking so i put just my lower isos back in
