Howdy Folks.

I live in Texas, and eat a lot of unhealthy food. I recently bought an $800 95 GT that I plan to take to the race track a lot, and beat up.

I also love America.

Here's a pic of it, nothing special, other than some ghettofabulous wheels that came on it.

Over the next month it (should) have some BC Coilovers (which we'll be developing for the Fox platform as well), and prototype Panhard/Rear Links/Steering Knuckle setup for road racing and drifting. I do not know how nobody has a steering angle kit for these things, I think my diesel truck has a tighter turning radius. Going to start caging it this weekend, I've been daily driving it with no major issues so far, other than the clutch has a little chatter. I need to figure out how to adjust that, but other than that it *seems* solid. Suspension, aluminum radiator and some bolt-ons and it should be a fun track car.

I also have a 70 Camaro I'm building, and a bunch of other crap. I don't wanna be all advertisey but I own a small hobby shop that has slowly turned into a small business, if you're curious about some of the stuff I'm talking about you can check it out at Facebook.com/theawesomeshop

Anyways I'll probably be lurking here for a while and using that search button a lot, and trying to convince you all that you should come party at the race track.

welcome to the site. Pic didn't work for me.
how about making a build thread as the car progresses into a track car.
As for your clutch, if you still have the stock quadrant (plastic junk), You can place your toe under the pedal and lift up and listen for the click. No click mean your out of adjustment and a clutch replacement is in your future.
If someone has already changed the quadrant and cable, you might have a firewall adjuster or you have to go under the car to adjust the cable from there.

CC's95GT, thanks for the tip. I'm gonna take a look-see at it tonight see if I can't get it to be all quiet. I'll probably start a build thread once I get some the parts on the way. I'm pretty good at build threads, I need to get better at finishing them.

Yeah I learned a while back there are no (imo) good suspension bits for these, or angle kits, that's why we're making them at my shop now

Bolt on Panhard, links, and steering angle kits are in the works.

It's refreshing to see individuals trying to develop new parts for older generation Mustangs.

When I saw someone melting the bushings out of the 4 link and what some of these companies are charging, it kinda angered me a little into doing it.

Welcome! What parts you brewing up?

Who do you drift with? I race with NASA, I know they have a NASA Drift sub organization. Good thing you have a decent radiator because the SNs get HOT on track. Oil cooler, ducting, and electric fans are definitely a must. Higher speed definitely requires the radiator support spoiler under the car.

This is very true rich when beating on these cars drifting they do tend to get warm fairly quickly. I have a solution for it on my car that works good. My nitrous purge is infront of the rad it cools it down nicely.
