Im going to be doing a PI intake and PI cam swap on my 1998 gt and will be replacing the roller followers and lash adjusters. I have read that you can remove the roller followers with a flat head screw driver and postioning the cam in a certain way

Also i want to replace my lash adjusters but cannot find out how to no one says how in any write up's anyone know how?
Two more questions lol
I would like to remove my valve springs to replace them with new ones but once agian i cannot find info on how just to remove the spring.
Last question What is the Fuel pressure at the rails for a 1998 mustang gt.
