These things took a few weeks to get here but genuine leather from Poland is ok i guess. Redline shift boot and ebrake boot. going into the newly charcoal(mostly) interior.

Dash swap...dont ask me.
I'm painting the airbag and bezel soon. I need to clear the bezel...dropped the radio on it and scuffed it grrrr

What do y'all think?

Did you just mask the vents?
They actually pop out, really easy. But i did mask the vent 'duct', i thought it would look tacky with overspray through the vents. Super easy to do, it took me forever to find the silver i wanted, so many looked chrome.

redlinegoods.com They were something like 30 dollars off the regular price. Still pretty expensive but they are awesome quality.

I was always curious as to how you remove and reattach the shift boot CORRECTLY. The last car I had, it was glued onto the bezel. I think the one on my current car is the same way.

^^They are stapled in to little "ring thing" under the bezel. The hard part is, after taking the ring and boot off to change the boot, its impossible to get the assembly back on how it was stock.

lol, ill get to add to this friday!! I have a porter cable 7424xp and backing plate on its way. I'm wondering about how to reattach the boot. The website says to glue it on. I was hoping to find a bullitt trim ring and buy some newer fasteners and sort of squish the boot under the plastic but between the outside trim ring and bottom one. So bullitt ring, plastic bezel, boot, stock trim ring, all bolted together with bullitt esque fasteners just longer.
Thats not all my detailing stuff, i have more towels and such but im really hitting it strong.
