Hey guys i am looking at some Cobra's Locally. They have the Toyo Proxes ST's on them there 255/45/18 a 18x9 all the way around here is a pic. I am thinking with a lowered stance they would look damn Good. Tell me what you think.

Well the tires alone are worth a decent bit with 90% or so tread left on them.

But the tires are a 255/45 on the 18's do you think thats too big. The tires are worth a decent bit and also with a slight drop i think that would look damn good on a black GT like i have.

maybe sidewall. but i think you can go a lil wider.... wear them out, athen go to a tire place, and ask them about it. they know more than i do.lol

yeah a 9" rim i would run a 295/40/18 on it and it should be ok

Yeah there my #2 choice also but everyone wants a arm and a leg for 03 Chrome Cobra's These have practically brand new tires and the rims are in great shape. So i am def keeping them in mind for the next week or so before i make my purchase. Thanks

255/45-18 size is obviously a lot larger than stock, as well as 295/40-18.

Yeah i know it's larger but i think i would be fine with it. Just lower it a little bit. i would change out the tires probably in a year or so and then just keep those as a backup. I have 2 bent Tri bars and my tires are gone on all 4. So i am trying to find a good alternative. My girl has agreed to pay for almost all of the rims and tires but i don't want to take advantage of that.

Cobra R's and Saleens look great... Don't know what all the hype about 03-04 cobra rims are... they look kinda cheap with the bland straight flat edges.
