I'm running BBK shorty's, Bassani X with cats and Borla/SVO side exhaust. I'm not one for loud obnoxious exhaust systems. She has a nice rumble at low speeds/idle and fairly quite and highway speed.

The raspy X-pipe thing has more to do with the motor then the pipe I think. I say this because I did my exhaust(below in sig) prior to my HCI swap and it was raspy as hell at first.
I have Dynomax Ultraflow and a UPR OR X-Pipe. I love it fairly quiet at idol, loud at WOT a little raspy but not bad at all and no drone. I'm selling my car because I got a 02. I let my friend switch out his H for my X. I didn't really notice that much differance.
I hope that im not. I just dont like the sound my car makes. I even had the famous 2 chamber flows on here and it wasn't mind blowing. Now im wondering if its my UpR o/r X that i hate on 5.0 mustangs. Maybe i need to try a o/r H which is what i had on my 4.6L and it was nice and loud and make the exhaust echo off of building while driving and well my 5.0 hasn't echo'd off anything..

haha Killnthrill that exhaust setup did sound pretty good, zero drone too which was really nice. I decided I couldn't do the side exhaust thing so I went back to rear exit. Imo my current setup sounds even better but does have 100x more interior drone.
