i need help with a tune

[US Soldier(stang 98)]

i have 10:1 compresion 4.6 sohc. with stock 19lbs injectors. when i put my cold air intake on my car will spark knock. will a tune help me. why is my motor doing this i will take all the help i can get. oh when i put the stock air intake back on the car runs fine no spark knock. help plz

Car is leaning out for some reason..does it show a cel at all?

EDIT: I just talked to my tuner, he said depending on which CAI you used, they can mess with the MAF meter. You can either get the car tuned or buy a different meter.

Did you have the heads ported or anything when you bought the motor?
