My turn signal/hazard lights fuse keeps blowing. I've made it to the end of my street before it blows. I have looked under the dash and do not see any wires that are frayed, loose, or disconnected. Does anyone have any ideas of how my problem could get fixed? And also, the brake light still works.

You've got a short to ground somewhere in the circuit. You need to find everything that is powered by that fuse and then track down your short by eliminating components, etc. It would help to know what year and model your car is...
