So last time I went to the track I ran a 13.1 at 115 mph. Horrible isnt it? Thats with eveything thats currently in my sig. I had a close to three second 60ft. Ive talked to numerous ford guys and even some shop owners and they told me I shoud easily run mid 11's with my setup. Guess its time to invest in some good tires and run at the track more often. I definetely need to learn how to drive to get the full potential out of my car!! lol

Your going to need at least drag radials in order to hook up w/ a blower on the car. Slicks would be ideal. Get a separate set or rims & tires for track duty, its the easy thing to do.

Id say hes probably launching at a high RPM and being street tires that wont work out to well. Even on street tires w/ boost you should be able to cut 2.XX 60' times but you have to launch low and feather the clutch and gas pedal

Yea I launch at a pretty low rpm and even feathered the clutch and eased into the gas and that didnt help either. I spun all through third. I dont think im getting much weight transfer to the back. Im in need of some new suspension anyways, maybe i'll get some coilovers or something. Also planning on getting some mickey thompson dr's soon

How about the UMI double adjustable upper and lower contol arm kit. Is that a decent brand, ive never had any experience with them. Kinda having trouble finding the hpm's.

you should take off from idle, like you're coming off from a stoplight. with the power your car makes, you probably won't be able to go WOT til the end of second.

^+1, you should launch from an idle. You make too much power for the tires your running on, so until you get some dr's or slicks, try changing how you drive. Go from an idle, i bet you get twelves
