Message: <blockquote data-quote="FULLSCALE" data-source="post: 377514" data-attributes="member: 10310"><p>Yes the tube will be too short.</p><p>I put a 1" spacer in mine as well. </p><p>I cut mine in the centre of the straightest part of the tube (a little below half way down) and then used a 5/8" compression union. </p><p>It worked great and gave the tube the extra inch it needed.</p><p>You can't even see it because it's hidden under the piece of heat wrap on the tube.</p></blockquote><p></p>
