Intake swap HELP?

I had my PI Intake installed the other day, a local shop did it. Now My car skips. I checked everything i could think of, spark plug wires, cables & hoses everything. It has a light skip. I can step on the throttle about a quarter of the way anything after that i get hesitation....What could it be? :TY:

Very Possible! I was gonna have a look but decided to take it back to them. They got my money, they need to get it RIGHT!

yes, pull the plugs. check them good. i had a fouled out plug after i installed mine. make sure you have your wires on good when u reinstall them. chack and be positive there is no coolant down in the holes.

i had the exact same problem when i swapped my manifold.. check your last plug boot that is on the passenger side.. mine had a inch of coolant in it.

and if a shop did it. then they should get you a new set of plugs and install to cover their asses i think. :knuppel2:

also make sure the plug wires are on right. i had 2 of mine mixed up and you could tell it had a misfire when driving around.

When we did my intake we pulled all the plugs and turned it over to clear the cylinders out.

One of my dad's coworkers has a '97 Town Car, he and his buddy swapped intakes but didn't pull the plugs. Bent a rod. Had to tear it down. D'oh!
