You need a 30-40% larger injectors , a 255lb/h fuel pump (dual with turbo or SC) and a tune .

With N/A H/C/I or stock engine you will need a 30 or 42lb/h injectors , and turbo or SC engine you will need a 70lb/h (BSFC-0.84 , 600hp , 15% safety margin w/ 39psi fuel pressure) or 90lb/h injectors (BSFC-0.84 , 750hp , 15% safety margin w/ 39psi fuel pressure) .

No . Fwhp .

Until 500fwhp : 42lb/h injectors (N/A) . Until 350fwhp : 30lb/h injectors (N/A) .

Until 600fwhp : 60lb/h injectors (boosteed) . Until 750whp : 90lb/h (boosted) .

That with 15% injector safety margin ,0.60 BSFC for N/A application and 0.84 BSFC for turbo/SC engine , 39 PSI fuel pressure , 242lb/h fuel pump for N/A until 350fwhp , 345lb/h fuel pump for N/A until 500fwhp , 580lb/h fuel pump(s) for boosted until 600fwhp and 725lb/h fuel pump(s) for boosted until 750fwhp . Fuel pump safety margin of 15% . Note : All nominal injector flow rates are quoted at a delta pressure of 39.15 psi .

EDIT: For boosted application , one 255 lph fuel pump is good for 500 fwhp with 64lb/h injectors . You can use 60lb/h injectors and bump fuel pressure to 45 psi . Fuel pump safety margin of 15%. Two 255 lph pumps with 80lb/h injectors feed 700fwhp . Fuel pump safety margin of 37% .

Just for reference : I'm running E100 for a year and a half now with 255lb/h walbro pump without any problems. So , the walbro is handle great on pure ethanol until now. Last year I opened the engine to change cam and the intake manifold and pistons were shining from inside , ehehehehe . And no smell of crappy gasoline . You can just finished the job and go out with your girl with the same clothes without any smell of fuel ...
