Why do you want a CAI? Your stock setup with a K&N panel filter is the same thing.

The only reason I went with a CAI kit is because my stock setup was damaged and it was easier to grab a CAI.

CAI is more likely just for looks.

Dont waste your money on it,unless you wan the engine bay to look good.

I had the exact same one for my 01 v6. If you really want it check ebay. The exact same one is on there and its half the price. The CAI looks good but I have heard plenty of people say the chrome flakes off after a while. I had mine on my v6 for about a year and a half and no flaking problems yet.

Yeah there only for looks unless you have a forced induction and your adding a power pipe. As stated earlier a K&N works just the same.
