@ 1997GT4.6 - No that newer Cobra is not mine..it is a friend. The picture was taken at the Golden Super Cruise here in Colorado, june 2011.

Also I have FRPP red Plug wires on now and a Red distributor cap on for some added color...And I gave it an even better engine cleaning than the pic above.
I don't like it dirty! :)

That's one sweet Rio Red MONEY PIT, I mean COBRA. What's the production number on it??? I am just curious. Mine was Rio Red number 753.
I bought mine in 97 with 36,000 miles on it and now the odometer is stuck at 146,000...So drive the heck out of it and enjoy it while you can....

My recommendation for mods: 3:73s, subframe connectors, lowering springs, and exhaust (to start with)...

To those of you wondering if I am upgrading, well yes I am working on the suspension at the moment. It's a slow and steady process. I don't think any engine mods are in the future, and if so they will be bolt on only for the time being. I'm not ready to tinker with the engine since this is more a Saturday cruiser and not a track star.
--->> I got my Shocks today! A set of (4) Bilsteins and set of springs from H&R! So, about ready to lower it and let the 4X4 action go bye bye! Next stop control arms and subframe connectors. I actually want to add those at the same time as the shocks and springs install.
