Your car would still be SICK with the mustang rear bumper and pony emblems. You can put a cobra front bumper on but once you start putting fake badging better watch out. People be askin' all them questions!

I wouldn't worry too much about it because if you like it that's all that matters.

LOL that made me laugh!

I want to get the gt stuff off my car and put v6 stuff on... but it's broken, so **** it.

I'm against mis badging as well, but if you're doing a v8 swap soon anyways....
Yea i am planning on a swap soon. as to when its going in not sure lol. gotta find time once im all done with my computer science degree, and then i have time to do it.

Your V6 is cleaner than most GTs I know from around here. If you feel like you're cheating or something another idea is to de-badge the whole car.
i have thought about this alot! i do wanna repaint it too. so when it gets repainted that is going to be in the mix of doing so.

You do realize the fender badge says 4.6 right? Also, you claim you don't let people believe its a GT, but it has GT "written" all over it. I don't understand the desire to put badges on a car from the next level up. You want people to think its a V6, put the pony and other bumper back on it.
a long time ago, when i was at work, some a$$ hat stole the pony emblems off the car. A friend of mine turned his gt into a cobra. engine, 03 cobra interior, exterior. all of it. So he had given me the gt badges and i just threw them on so i didnt have the holes in the fender. after that winter, some douche at school backed into my car at school. The drove off and im stuck with a scrapped and broken rear bumper. So i Found the rear bumper on craigslist for 20 bucks. I though hey, why not. so my car looked like a gt and i thought a few months or years later i would change it back...
Get an npi shitbox for cheap and throw it in :) then go easy on it till you can afford an 8.8. Or have mass fun and blow up the 7.5!

I do have an 8.8 with 3.08s and i have 3.73s going in soon. I also am planning on a v8 swap.

I vote for no bagdes. I've always wondered why the GT stuff is on there anyways.

To be totally honest, I've always thought your car was a V8 based on the badges in the pictures. Now I feel tricked :p. But your car is delicious looking.
