Leaky header solutions?

I have a set of Ford Racing shorty headers on my car ('95 5.0) and I have grown tired of replacing gaskets and tightening bolts. I need your suggestions.

BTW I am already looking at these bolts:

They look very effective.

What does the graphite do?

here is your cure to the leak.. Stage 8 locking header bolts, percys dead aluminum header gaskets, and a tube of copper High temp RTV.

THis is coming from a guy who did multiple LT installs before figuring out what to do.

copper...yes any auto parts store in the RTV section.

Funny thing that you mention a similar method too haha.

I went thru lots of gaskets probaly 5 pairs lol, diffrent ones and stuff, felpro, ford, mr gasket etc I ended up using high temp silicone on top of a Felpro, oem ford style gasket (like the soft alum style) and havent had a problem since.

High temp RTV and Mr. Gasket ULTRA SEALS! I used to blow a port on the headers everytime I cut a good 60fter....no more!
