I'm not sure what bulb the fox's take, but as long as it fits, it should have the same effect. Of course, I'm not very familiar with Fox-bodys so I could be completely wrong.
Also, you're going to have to remove the film to get Red. The film isn't green, it's blue (thats why White LEDs make blue gauges) so if you put in red LEDs with the blue film, you're going to get a Purple color.
