i tryed registering at svtperformance but they never sent me any confromation emails or any of that so i cant do anything there... :dunno: my original plan was selling the fox putting 3k with it and paying half down on a 03...but the sale is kinda falling through...so im thinking of buying a 99 or 01 and charging it or whatever i want to do..its cheaper so i will have more mod money off the get go! O0 im just wondering if they use forged internal in the 4v's and what hp ratings they have from the factory and some stuff like that..

haha i want a supercharged car....i found a 01 gt with a blower i thought about getting but then i told myself the next car i buy i want to have a value....something thats rare and is not something everyone has...so i want a cobra....im pretty sure im not getting a 03 haha a mach possibly they are cheaper....but the price a 99 or 01 goes for i can blow it and still have money to play...im thinking its the route for me

im not a 100% sure what route im going yet... im not rushing into any thing i dont have to buy one so im not going to buy the first one i find....i tend to be that way...this car is going to be exactly what i want....

oh and zed it looks like next week the bumper will be here and i will be tearing the car apart getting ready for the DSG paint imp: not sure about the hood yet but i would imagine shortly im getting pumped

when do you want to come?? your always welcome! i got my job back after being laid off for 9 month!!!! so im doing anything i can while i can haha i have like 3 months of guarenteed work so im going to spend the first month modding the second month paying off my debt... and the 3rd saving saving saving O0 soooo i have room in my budget to get a loan for something new but i want it to be what i want and i figured with winter coming maybe i can find what i want cheaper

only 03-04 came with forged internals...the rest came with hyper-whatever-craptastic pistons. must people say ~450 is the most you want to push the stock block. and they are rated like 310 from teh factory.

the Mach ahs different cams, and it has the same heads as a terminator. the Bullitt is a 2V, basically a GT with a intake manifold that produces like 15 more HP.


and a vortech wont necessarily put it over 450. with a stock pulley, no powerpipe, and conservative tuning you can see 400 if you wanted it that low.

mach is much better. the cams are more 'aggressive' in the Mach.

I'd take a Mach over a 99/01 Cobra and Forge the bottom and add a Turbo :hitit:

Maybe my next car....but i'm waiting to see what Ford will offer in the near future first.
