Looking for ignition recomendations to run a SC & a Zex kit

I'm beginning to do reseach on igition systems with retard features. I currrently have a ZEX dry kit, running just the 75HP jets. I'm running a MSD ProBillet but I do not currently have an upgraded CD ignition box.

A bought a used Powerdyne so I need an ignition that will retard timing based on boost. I'm fishing for suggestions here. I called the MSD tech line but I felt like they were too busy to help me. The guy recommended a 6BTM & a 6-plus. I'm confused.

The 6BTM six would be OK. How could I add more retard if I wanted to add the ZEX on top of the Powerdyne.

I have not done my homework yet. How much power can a non-forged 5.0L take (dyno tuned)? After I get everything bolted on, I'm definately going to get it tuned. I'm already running 36# injectors and a 255LPH pump.

I picked up a used MSD 6-BTM for starters. I'll post the results hopefully in a couple of weeks.

Zex says don't run the dry kit with the supercharger. They recommend converting to a wet kit. Well, maybe next year.......
