mach 460 amps are shot, need help

my stock amps just went out, so i bought a new head unit and a 4 channel amp. since i have 8 speakers in total (4 bass and 4 tweeters) where do i hook up the tweeters? the back of the head unit? i know that im gonna hook the 4 bass ones in the amp. some people tell me i need a crossover. any advice would be awesome thanks guys. i got all the necessary wiring diagrams, but where is the front amp? i got the two down that were in the trunk but dont have a clue where the 3 is.

The way I hear it, you'll have to rewire yer car and upgrade speakers or get passive xovers and use the 460's...... Can't say I've heard of anybody doing that though...
