1. lets say i got some 36lbs injectors and use a 30lbs maf, would it work and and would it just put the 30lbs in?
2. is there a diffence in cobra and gt maf? i know that sn95 and fox are the same but sn95 has a plate you can bolt up too

acutally the fox and sn95s are different. The sn has a 70mm and i think the fox had like a 55mm. i think the maf for cobra and gt are the same. I remember Adder saying somthing about its the computer in the cobra that actually regulates them for 24lb injectors.

The fox and sn95 MAF were different, but as far as the sizing, i cannot remember. I think the foxes were 55mm, the 94-95 gt's were around
60mm, calb for 19lb, and the cobras were 62mm or 63mm calb. for 24lb.. I called my ford dealer, but they didn't show a listing for the
factory MAF sizing as far as "mm" goes..

GT maf and Cobra maf are the same, it's the Cobra ecu that compensates for the Cobra 24lb injectors.
No idea on the Fox.

#1 don't put 36's on with a maf tuned for 30's, your are just asking for trouble. If you get one tuned for 36's you will also need a chip to add that extra fuel to the computers Air fuel ratio. 36's are about the best you can use before you start running into warm start problems, but for cold starting, you should be fine.

#2 the best setup you can do is get a MAF sensor the same size or 5mm smaller than your throttle body, if you go bigger, you will be trying to suck in too much air. And I agree with the above statements, the cobras are calibrated for 24lb injectors and the gt's were calibrated for 19lb injectors.

As far as i know you can use one, but its not a straight swap as there's changes to the wiring harness.
