methonol injection?

What is every body's opinion on methanol injection? I have asked several people about it some have all good things to say and some have bad things to say? It looks like it is a option for me to do next because I cannot intercool my car.

Its really good stuff especially if you cant intercool. They say its like having 120 octane fuel. You can run more timing without detonation. Its possible to get up to 100 extra ponies.
