Checked my coils all checked out good Put new plugs n odb meter keeps coming bac #2cyll misfire I thought it might b from watr standing on plug cause it has done it bfore with #4cyl and it was cause i had washed the engine the night bfore.

did you pull the plug yet? could be in the wires too, check for water around the plug and check the plug for any signs of oil buildup on the electrode. the wires may look fine but you could have high resistance in the wire or its finding a ground somewhere.

Yeah changed all the plugsi also cut all the lites n shop off to c if I had. A nic n the wire but no lite show

do you have a strong spark going to the plug, also check your fuel press. and see if your injector is pulsing, you can also pull the fuel rail up and look at the spray cone out of the injector, if all look ok check compression, good luck in finding the culprit

I had the same problem, mine kept jumping from #4 to #2 so i knew it had to be something other than the coils. Check your wiring harness in and around the EGR tube. My problem ended up being that the harness fell onto the hot tube and burnt through and was grounding the wires to cause the misfire. I must have looked at that 100 times before i realized what it was, because of it's location it didn't even look like it was burnt. Check that area and see if it helps out.
