Modifying rims?

About how expensive is it to get my rear rims widened? And will they be just as reliable, or will I have problems with tires not holding air and stuff like that?

I don't remember off hand the company that does it... but it was around the $150 range per wheel If I remember correctly...

Of course it'll be reliable and hold air otherwise they'd be out of business.

I'll try to remember who it was and post back if I do... try google searching it.

+1, the place should be reliable if they know what they are doing. a friend of mine has a 02 stage 3 roush, and got
the rear wheels widened from 18X9 to 18X11, then powdercoated black... sick as a mother eeffffeeerrr. but i think thebab is
right with the $150 neighborhood. i thought it was a little more like 200, but i guess it depends on location etc..

I believe they're 12 or 12.5 inches...the guy mini-tubbed his new edge and is running 345s on the back
