i know there are quite a few companys speciallizing in aftermarket heads. i would like more than just a PI swap. figure a cam on ported heads will breath much better. not sure on cam, ive been recommended a comp 270, this isnt a dd, just a weekend cruiser but want good power and a lumpy cam.

If you check on corral.net in their modular parts forum you can find sweet deals on some cnc ported pi heads. some of them even come with sweet cams. im running comp 270's in my car and they make really decent power without compromising drivability. if you arent worried with driving it everyday i would run an XE278 but you will most likely have to have valve reliefs with this cam set up.

check out my videos on youtube 12secsn95 and those are ported heads with 270 cams. 270s are a good cam I made over 300 wheel hp
