what tire sizes should i run?

255x40x17 up front and
305x35x17 in rear?

imo i would just do 275 or higher all the way around, depending on clearance, so you can still rotate the tires and what not :dunno:

also if you get a 9 inch rim your rims will hit your control arms when you turn your wheel all the way unless you get 03 cobra a arms from frpp

the site says recommended 255 that's why i said it.
on my setup i have 275s all the way around on a 9' 95 cobra r so...
well i think it's a 9 inch.... could be wrong.

but 275s were nice
do they sell nitto 555rs in 275?
i think i've seen them.

i want Nitto 555s up front and Nitto 555Rs in the rear

I run 245's on my front 03's. 275's will pull your call over the road with every groove in the road.

i was gunna buy them for 500 dollars they don't fit with his new k-member sway and some other stuff he did... he said it might be close... if so then he will sell them to me which i want

I've got 245's up front on mine now, and 275's out back... Johnsons Mustang and truck here in Virginia(Chesapeake) used to sell Ford rims, they HAD a set of 10.5 Satin '03 Cobra rims, haven't been there since i came home from deployment, and that was almost a year ago, so it's been quite awhile...
I'm waiting for wheel replica to finish production of there DD '03 Cobra rims... i'm saving for that :banana: they told me they would email me as soon as they got the final pricing ready for them.

man im with you on that one... i had 255's up front on my 9" saleens and they pulled me everywhere.. i put 245's and it was night and day. still pulls you off the road sometimes though. scary, i hate that feeling.

im running 245 up front on 18x9" saleens and 285s out back on 18x10" saleens :thumb:

I have 255/40's all around and i know the feeling your talking about with it pulling you and it's pretty scary but it only happens to me when the road surfaces are uneveven like one is 1/2 inch higher than another
