more N/A power

In a previous post I talked about going with an edelbrock per.II manifold for my car. the reasons for doing so was a little more mid to high end
HP and more rpm (right now I peek @ 5400) I have trickflow heads, 1.6 rockers, e-cam, and TF street intake, the operating range
for the intake and cam peeks @ 5500. So if I change the intake with a peek opp.range of 6500 should I change to a cam with
a similar peek range ( ie.. x cam or ? ) and if so will it work without changing my heads and rockers.And will the Eddy II just bolt right on?
Hope to see some good input from you guys.

your cam choice is going to be limited if you have a stock bottom end , unless you can flycut the pistons , so I would just swap intakes , why not go withe track heat trickflow since it would probably better match the heads and if you did switch cams I would go with the trickflow stage 1 so it would all match ....

The trickflow stage 1 is not much defferentthan the e-cam how much cam do you think I can go with without any trouble?

There are not many OTS cams that are going to allow you to go 6000+ RPM on a stock shortblock.

If your willing to spend the extra $100 and get a custom cam they can take care of any of those issues. Flowtech Induction (Ed Curtis) is a great company to speak with about custom cams.

thanks,Mark. Btw do you guys think the eddy II is better than the TF track heat? Id rather go TF cause I do have the heads,
and the valvecovers to go with. but if im going to do it might as well get the best. Let me know.

Id go w/ the Trick Flow, it will be the best match w/ the heads. I have a cam from Ed Curtis, he does nice work.
