Without cost coming into play... Do i build a New 4.6 cobra motor with (turbo possible twin) motor for my 95 gt vert or do a 363ci Boss Crate short block..

id do 363, than.... the high displacement will give a pretty sweet TQ-monster.

No way a 363:Will make more power than a 351 based stroker like a 427.
