I got a 96 GT and I need to know if there is any way to move the fogs closer to the center of the bumper ive always liked the close fog light look thanx for any help!

You do that with stockers, and it will look like the car has buck teeth, and you will get no respect.
...stock cobras... ...I dunno. Cant imagine it looking good due to their size, which due to the size of the hole on stock bumper, would be the only way. Still, cant imagine it looking good. On Team Knight Rider (1998) I saw it done, but there were tons of lights, not just two fogs, and even then, it still had the stock cobra fogs in the designated places (which magically shot lasers and missiles depending on what episode)

I could see cobra lights doin that on a GT instead of the stockers just wish mine had lasers or missiles, thanks
