Well ive had the car about 4 days and finally got a good day to wash her. I just washed her off, no tire black or anything. She SCREAMS stock but I can't wait to start modding her. Which will start this christmas :)

So without further a do. Here she is, my 2001 Mustang convertible v6

Here are the wheels that came on it. For now, I am in the process of getting all of the paint off of them and then I am going to take each wheel off and repaint it. It's a cheap fix until I can get my bullitts, which is very soon.

Nice Vert! What color are you gonna paint the sn95 stockers? What mods do you have lined up first?

Well the mod list is the exterior first, besides the dual exhaust, which needs to be done asap, I am going to do the mach1 grille delete, mach1 chin spoiler, black back panel trim, and stainless steel bumper inserts. The wheels will be painted just a silver for now. The engine mods will include a cai, intake, cams, headers, underdrive pulleys, and possibly a turbo :)

If you're doing all this to the V6, why not just get a V8 and do the same, or just don't buy the cobra at all? It's like you got the cashflow for a V8 + mods with ease but you grabbed the nearest V6?

Well just had a 1996 mystic cobra, long story if you don't know it. So with me starting school I needed a ride really bad, and around here mustangs are scarce. Well mustangs for a good price that is, theres plenty of GT's but they are all beat to shit. Plus, all those mods aren't going to be done instantly man, it is over time. Plus, why not buy a cobra? I've always wanted one, I just had one ripped from me and with a v6 I can have a nice daily driver with it also.

If you can afford both more power to you. I was just asking why the V6 with tons of mods over a V8. I read your story, and I understand. Got me convinced.

I also plan on keeping the sixer for a while and why not put a little money in here so that shes more enjoyable to ride in? lol. But all those mods will be over a two year period most likely and by then I will have the cobra so the mods will end for the sixer and begin for the cobra.

I really like that rear spoiler, i think after it's lowered with your bullitts, a chin spoiler and a grill delete it's gonna look bangin :)

Thanks man, I think so too. Once the exterior is done the engine mods will begin and hopefully I can get it up to stock gt speed and be able to have a formidable daily driver.
