Went to the junkyard today. Found a set of mint 04 v6 solid black seats. Threw them in (cheaply I might add) to subside my back aches induced by the haggard set of GT7 corbeaus I had in the car. Also the car had dark charcoal interior and had a mint center console as well as dash bezel for the radio and vents. I picked up all of it for a song. Dyed the console via paint and cleaned it all up really well. Wired in my fog switch. This thing matches my interior better than the stock one did. I had the stock black w/cup holder socket 98 one and it sucked compared to this. I love it.

pretty sweet when you see good seats, I saw a driver seat like yours in a junk yard. The cool thing was that it was different from the rest of the seats, it stood out.

I love the scrap yard sometimes, I just grabbed a K&N filter out of a v6 mustang and the center console out of a 03' mustang for the cup holders upgrades, spent barely 30 dollars on the two items.

Please get rid of the V6 seats as soon as you can. I cannot tell you how much they bum me out when I see them although I can understand why you'd want to change up from painful ones.

True dat jigga boo. I'm not stoked about it being V6 seats. They are just super comfy now and the power track works like new. On the hunt for 03/04's. These will just subside till then.

You've now got 99-04 frames, I'd get some TMI upholstery after those puppies when the finances permit :)

Hm.. going to look into it. I wonder what can be done with these.

Yes, you change the foam and the upholstery. You just need those frames. It's cheaper than a set of Terminator seats, and it's like them being brand new. It's a no brainer. You could also go with 01's, or Bullitts, or Mach's. They are all the same foam, just different materials. Get what you like the best :)

Just saying, I gave my stock seats away, about a month before TMI released all of that. I'm kicking myself for it, because I would much prefer the upholstery over the seats I have now.
