my set up - tuning?

I just recently bought a bbk true cold air, bbk 70mm power plus tb, headman shorty headers. Keeping the 2 cats that bolt to the headers, straight piping it with no mufflers that end about where you sit, 3inch pipe down to 2 1/2in about 6inches long before it points to the ground "see whats your exhaust sticky" is the exhaust to short will it hurt anything or is it OK?? Anything i need to look out for as far as tuning all this. Seems like i should have a bit more power than i do?... timing at 15deg, idles at 700rpm, idle hangs a bit when shifting, when i press the gas it lags a bit than takes off. sounds very nice but im a bit disappointed so far with the power. any ideas?

My timing is set at 14 or 15* cant remember exactly and i run 91-93 octane.

put a real exhaust on there and stop treating your car like its owned by a rdneck

So anyway i reset my timing to 14deg. Did a tune up, Flushed all fluids today. Runs A lot better, but i think i need a new tps or something. Throttle response could be way better. Am i missing something i need to adjust?
