My speedo just quit workin... Help...

I installed silver faced gauges myself about two weeks ago and the speedo and tach worked fine till last night. The tach started stickin between 1 and 2, and then my speedo just quit workin. Any suggestions? Anybody else had this problem?

I'll assume you've checked for loose wires, damaged speedo gear on the trans, etc? Do you have a Dallas Mustang SpeedCal by any chance, if you used it to adjust the speedo after a rear gear change?

Just throwing out the obvious and not so obvious.

are the gauges overlays? or replacements? Maybe, if they are, they came loose and are sticking out.
