So I drive my car off and on today and it has been fine. Then about an hour ago i go down to start it and it wont run. It cranks, has fuel pressure at the rails, and has spark. So after 30 minutes of fucking with different things it just decides to start. So I let it idle for about 30 minutes and then take it around the block. It seemed fine until I shifted in 2nd and it started to stutter kind of feels like misfiring. Any ideas?

Mine is doin the same thing. About six months ago, It decided not to start. Its got fuel, spark, everything. I even gave it a shot of starting fluid ( I know, big no no) it fired up and immediately died again. Waited about 4 hours, decided to try it one more time & it started right up. Been fine ever since...now this afternoon, pulled it out of the garage, went around the block, washed it & now its sittin in the driveway dead as a rock. Hope it cranks up before the f-150 has to move it the morning! :angry7:

Well mine has started everytime I've tried it today and last night. It just feels like it is losing spark. It is real hesitant and stuttering in low rpms. I'm going to change the coil packs, wires, and the plugs are brand new so I'm going to check the gaps. All of my fuses are good. I dont think it's the crank sensor because the car is still running fine and I dont have a check engine light. If it's not the coil packs/wires then I dont know what it could be.

I just replaced my packs, wires and plugs with MSD stuff about 3,000 miles ago so I wouldn't think that was my problem, but could be some defective stuff maybe. The car started right up this morning and I got back in the garage. I may do a little more troubleshooting this weekend. Let me know how yours works out!

There was a small cut in the 4th spark plug wire. Replaced the wires and shes running fine again.
